ISO 9001 has been developped to insure continuity of companies. So this is an managementsystem that insures that the company follows the best practice of management rules. Therefor certification or not, if a well trained consultant gives advice and this is followed then the company benefits. Meaning that they will continue to follow best practices certificate or not.
